1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your zzcc account, whether authorized by you or not. zzcc shall assume that any person accessing your account using your credentials is you or authorized by you. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless zzcc from any claims arising from account activity.

3.4 Prohibited Account Actions

You agree not to transfer, sell, or assign your zzcc account or account balance to any third party. Sharing account credentials with other persons is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to circumvent account restrictions through technical means or by creating additional accounts will result in permanent account closure.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the zzcc platform are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. If you deposit funds in a currency other than PHP, the amount will be converted at prevailing exchange rates, and currency conversion fees may apply.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of available account balance at any time, subject to completion of account verification requirements and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for deposits unless otherwise approved by zzcc. Withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency where applicable.

Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment method selected and may take additional time for bank processing. 5.3 Withdrawal Limits

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the zzcc platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, trademarks, and service marks (collectively, "Content"), is the property of zzcc, its licensors, or respective game providers, and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use zzcc Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Content without express written permission from zzcc.

The zzcc name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of zzcc. Game names, logos, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Unauthorized use of any trademarks is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under Philippine law.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, ZZCC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF ZZCC SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

zzcc does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services. Technical issues, maintenance, and unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect platform availability. zzcc shall not be liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

zzcc's total liability to you for all claims arising from use of the Services shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain liabilities. If Philippine law prohibits limitation of liability for certain damages, such limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of zzcc Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

11.4 Arbitration

For disputes not resolved through internal complaint procedures or PAGCOR intervention, you and zzcc agree to binding arbitration in accordance with the Philippine Arbitration Law. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language.

12. Termination and Suspension

12.1 Termination by User

You may close your zzcc account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds, subject to applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures. zzcc is not obligated to retain account data after closure beyond legal requirements.

12.2 Termination by zzcc

zzcc reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, failure to complete verification, prolonged account inactivity, or at zzcc's sole discretion. Upon termination, you forfeit any pending bonuses and may forfeit account balance if termination is due to Terms violations.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination or suspension, you immediately lose access to all zzcc Services. zzcc may retain account records and data as required by law or PAGCOR regulations. Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations, dispute resolution, and intellectual property rights) shall continue to apply.

13. Amendments to Terms

zzcc reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on the zzcc website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of zzcc Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms. Material changes may be communicated via email or notification on the zzcc platform. If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must immediately cease using zzcc Services and may close your account.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or related to your use of zzcc Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

zzcc operates under license and regulation by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). All gaming activities are subject to PAGCOR rules, regulations, and oversight. In case of conflict between these Terms and PAGCOR regulations, PAGCOR regulations shall prevail.
